The Globicus/qEcon Research German overall leading economic index, a measure of future economic activity, eased to 8.6 in December from 9.1 in November, signaling the German economic recovery is progressing at a slightly slower pace. The coincident index, measuring current economic activity, improved to -0.8 in November from -1.8 in October.
